Do I need to be a Cloud Assess client to access the portal?
No, you don’t need to be a Cloud Assess client to access the portal when you join as my client I will enrol you into the system.

Of course you are, why wouldn’t you be it’s a great system. Speak to your client success manager to receive a discount code for level 1.

Will this make me a 100% compliant
Each RTO is as individual as our fingerprints and while we will advise you we are not responsible or guarantee you will be 100% compliant for using our system. By following our program you will be able to demonstrate that you have a systematic approach to quality assurance.

I'm not sure which level will be the best for my RTO
This happens from time to time. We suggest you reach out to us via email sarah@sarahcarrie.com.au so we can chat about your specific RTO needs.

Can I go up a level after I have commenced
Yes! We can arrange for you to go to the next level email us at sarah@sarahcarrie.com.au

Can I get a refund if It's not what I thought it was.
Please refer to our terms and conditions for specific details but if in the first month ONLY you attended the session, you accessed the platform and completed the work and you did not find it helpful then we will refund you 100%. Please email us within 14 days of completing the first session.
